OUR CLASSES
STUDIO PILATES
1:1 or 2:1 equipment classes
September 2025 update - all studio classes are full and there are no spaces for new clients. The wait list is now very long and therefore I have had to make the difficult decision to close the waitlist. If anything changes then I will update the website so please come back and check.
Using a combination of Pilates equipment (reformer, trapeze table and Wunda chair), clients are taught exercises tailored to their specific postural needs and imbalances. Quicker results are obtained by using the equipment as you exercise against the resistance of the springs. No class is ever the same as sessions are devised on the client's needs on that day and at that time. We want clients to leave the studio feeling better both mentally and physically with suggestions to how to self improve at home with stretches and exercises.

Matwork Pilates
Matwork Pilates are held as a course of 6 classes at Memorial Hall in Newent on Mondays starting a 9am. The class starts with a warm up then you are led through exercises to strengthen your body, improve your balance, increase your flexibility whilst improving your posture before ending the class with a stretch. Each class is 55 minutes long and you will need to wear loose clothing, socks and bring a mat. Numbers are limited to 10 as Deborah wants to give everyone care and attention to make sure you do the exercises properly.
The Monday 9am matwork class is full and we cannot take on any more clients. If anything changes I will update the website.
